I bought an outside tap to replace the broken one. Easy to find the right one on their webssite. Good price with free, prompt delivery. Would reccommend.

Very helpful found the obscure tap hose fitting here after several fruitless purchases.

The item I purchased warrants 5* but I paid believing I had a 24hr delivery unfortunately Royal mail hadn't even received it in 24hrs. Then they eventually delivered it on day 4 in a package saying 48hrs. Normally this wouldn't have mattered to me but a project was delayed causing knock on issues.

This is a simple but really useful device. The design by Robox is simple and practical and appears to be well made. When originally ordered they were out of stock. I left my email, more in hope than expectation, but they duely notified me when new stock was in and despatched is within a week. I am pleased with the product and pleased with the service provided by Robox.

The part fitted perfectly and looks to be good quality. Delivery by the PO was delayed.
