RoBox RBTB-105 Insulated Tap Box Enclosure – Lockable Frost Resistant Outdoor Tap Cover
The RoBox RBTB-105 Insulated Tap Box Enclosure is a heavy-duty metal enclosure designed to protect outdoor taps from weather, frost, theft and vandalism.
Constructed from 1.5mm zinc-coated steel with a durable powder-coated finish, the unit features thick XPS foam insulation applied as a full interior lining. It includes an integrated key lock, a padlock hasp for additional security, and a large circular opening at the bottom for hose connection. The sloped top helps rainwater runoff.
This enclosure is suitable for domestic gardens, allotments, holiday lets, commercial properties and other locations where an outdoor tap requires protection.

The RoBox Insulated Tap Box Enclosure is designed for regular use and significantly enhances frost protection for outdoor taps in typical UK weather conditions through its foam insulation. In extreme weather or particularly aggressive weather environments, we recommend adding further insulation to the metal pipework and, if necessary, fully draining the tap down as an additional precaution. RoBox Design Ltd cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by a failed tap or associated components.
